The idea

Anxiety, meet your dragons.

Every young person carries two kinds of dragons. Resilient dragons — Spark, Ember, Sage — stand for healthy coping and growth. Anxious dragons — Flicker, Blaze, Phoenix — stand for worry and the patterns that keep us stuck. In each scenario, the choice you make decides which dragon you feed.

Practise the brave choice before the real moment.
